The large kitchen allows less formal meals to be prepared and eaten while still enjoying wonderful views. A great space to chat about the day and make plans for the next.

A wonderful AGA Masterchef cooker with modern extraction hood,  coffee maker, dishwasher,drinks chiller, fridge large freezer and an array of  top appliances are here for your convenience.

Hand made kitchen units

Our kitchen units are hand crafted and hand painted. The wooden worktops and traditional style dresser prevent the kitchen from looking too modern for such a wonderful old manor house.

The mellow green of the walls is offset by vibrant old terracotta coloured tiles. Large windows overlooking the gardens create a space that is flooded with natural light – if not exactly the heart of Coolclogher Country House this kitchen is sure to be a popular gathering point for all groups and families. It also has two large comfortable arm chairs and a television.

A wood-burning stove at one end of the kitchen is a welcoming focal point, especially after a bracing walk amongst the fields and gardens that surround Coolclogher Country House and the wider area. This is a real Irish country manor experience.
